1. Questions about our products

• How do I reclaim an item I did not buy at the official Rosenthal Onlineshop?

We are very sorry that you have cause for complaint. Because of our agreement with  specialist retailers, please submit the  article in question to your dealer for inspection. The article may also optionally be submitted for consideration to our quality management.

Should it not be possible to contact your dealer, please send details of your complaint by email to Please provide the following information:

  • Where the product was purchased (Reseller / location)
  • When the product was purchased
  • A copy of your receipt
  • An image that shows the damage, and an image which shows the  mark on the base

After we receive this information, we will contact you within 5 working days.

• Who will give me an appraisal for my Rosenthal products?

We are sorry that Rosenthal GmbH, the manufacturer, can not carry out appraisals or valuations  for antique or newer series. We hope you will understand.

To determine the current value, we recommend that you consult a good antique shop. You also have the option of  seeking an expert opinion: you can search the internet for  "Porcelain appraisals". The example below shows a possible contact:

2. Questions about our customer service

• How do I become a customer at

As you order online you will be able to choose if you would like to establish a customer account in order to save all your information. You are also able to register without purchase. Just click on the link “My account” in the upper right-hand corner and then on the link “Register now“.

• How can I contact customer service?

The best way to reach our customer service is per contact form.

• How can I place an order?

The easiest way is to order directly at the onlineshop. Put your items in the shopping basket. Next go on to the checkout process. Here you will be able to choose the delivery and billing address as well as the method of payment and shipping.

• Are you dissatisfied with our service?

Your complaints are welcome, because they show us where we can better ourselves in the future. Every complaint is taken seriously and confidential. If you ever have a problem with the delivery, our service team will be of service to you. Please use the contact form for those issues.

• How can I order/discontinue the newsletter?

As a regular receiver of our newsletter, we give you information about hot new items, great sales, trends, and rebate offers in irregular intervals. To receive the newsletter go to the newsletter form in our shop footer and add your e-mail address. Next choose “Subscribe”. To discontinue the newsletter, choose “Unsubscribe”.

3. Questions about our customer accounts

• The registration in "My account" does not work

Please check if you typed your e-mail address correctly. Did you maybe use a different e-mail address in the past? Is the password correct? You need at least a 6-digit combination of letters and numbers. Possible letters are upper and/or lower case A-Z, and the numbers 0-9.

• I forgot my password. How will I get a new password?

Please go to “My accountl”, located in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Click on the link ”Forgot password “ and enter your e-mail address. We will send an e-mail with an link to reset the password to your inbox.

• How do I change my password?

Please go to your account, located in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. In ”My account“ you will find the menu “Change password“. Please put in your old password, enter your new password and confirm the new password. The new password must have at least a 6-digit letter/number combination.

• How do I change my billing or delivery address?

In „My account“ you‘ll find the menu "Update profile".

• How do I delete my customer account?

Please use the contact form to notify our customer service of your wish to discontinue your account.
